Brigidine School Windsor provides a comprehensive facility for parents who require extended day care for their children. This is available between 08:00 to 17:45 and includes:
Breakfast Club
Breakfast is available for all pupils in the Dining Room between 8.00am and 8.20am. A range of healthy breakfast food and drinks are available to purchase.
Early Club from 08:00 to 08:20
This is for pupils in Nursery – Year 3. Parents are welcome to drop their children off in the Junior School Library from 08:00 – 08:20 after which pupils will be taken into their classrooms. There is no charge.
Extended Day for Nursery to Year 2
Programme:
Optional lesson in Nursery. (No charge) 15:30 - 16:10
Late Club in Nursery. There will be a charge 16:10 - 17:45
of £5.50 for this facility. (Children will be
provided with refreshments during this time)
Children may be collected from the Nursery during the session or at the front door of the School at 17:45.
Extended Day for Year 3 to Year 6
Programme:
End of School Day 15:30
Homework 15:30 – 16:10
Refreshments in Dining Room. (School tuck shop) 16:10 – 16:25

Pupils leaving school after Club or Homework are to be collected from the front door of the School. If it is necessary for pupils in Years 3 to 6 to stay after 17:15 they may join Late Club at a cost of £2.00.
Please note: Any pupils staying in school when the Clubs and Homework Sessions are not available (see dates above) may join Late Club in the Nursery from 16:10 at a charge of £5.50. Until this time they will be supervised in the school dining room.
Late Club Details
Club will run from 16:10 to 17:45 each day in the Nursery.
Pupils from Years 3 to 6 may join the club at 16:30 for a charge of £4.50, or after 17:15 when there will be a charge of £2.00.
The pupils will be involved in activities during Late Club throughout the session.
Pupils may be collected from the Nursery during the session or at the front door of the school at 5.50pm
Year 6 Pupils
Alternatively Year 6 pupils may join the Senior pupils for Supervised Study at 16:15 with times of leaving study at 17:15 or 17:45. Pupils leaving school after this session are to be collected from the front door of the school.
If your daughter is unable to attend a session for any reason it is very important you let us know either by telephone or letter. Staff will expect your child to be attending the club if they have not received a message.
After-School Emergencies
If parents are delayed collecting their children after 15:30 due to an emergency, we will of course look after their children until they arrive.
