We offer a wide range of subjects and, whilst there may be some variance from one year to another, the principal subjects for Years 7 to 11 are as listed below. In Years 10 and 11 (Key Stage 4) there is a compulsory core curriculum and some optional subjects. The majority of pupils in Year 11 will take nine GCSE subjects with some taking ten or eleven.
Our curriculum is regularly reviewed to ensure it meets the needs of our pupils and to reflect the changing needs of education in the modern world. A curriculum group meets four times a term to consider the issues in the education field and to refine and adapt our curriculum so that it is always relevant.
